When you connect a marketplace store, we process marketplace identifiers, store configuration, API credentials, raw marketplace records, KPI data, anomaly data, report schedules, and delivery preferences needed to operate the hosted analytics service.

We also collect usage, device, log, cookie, and security information such as IP address, browser details, pages viewed, session activity, error logs, consent choices, and abuse-prevention signals.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the SaaS service, authenticate users, maintain subscriptions, connect marketplace APIs, calculate KPIs, detect anomalies, generate reports, send Telegram notifications when configured, provide support, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

AI report generation uses compact KPI, anomaly, and report context. Customer marketplace API tokens and raw secret values are not intended to be sent to AI providers.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help host, secure, bill, support, analyze, or deliver the service. This may include payment processors, infrastructure providers, analytics tools, AI providers used for report generation, marketplace APIs that you connect, and Telegram when you enable Telegram delivery.

No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for using appropriate access controls for connected marketplaces and Telegram chats.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain sharing, targeted advertising, or sale of personal information where those concepts apply by law.
