Use of the Service

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for your account, users, connected marketplace stores, API credentials, report schedules, and Telegram destinations.

You must provide accurate registration, billing, and account information and keep it current. You must not share access in a way that bypasses subscription limits or security controls.

Marketplace Connections

You authorize the service to use credentials and configuration you provide to access connected marketplace APIs on your behalf. You are responsible for having the right to connect each marketplace account and for complying with marketplace API terms.

Marketplace capabilities may be limited, disabled, or unavailable until their platform integrations are implemented and validated.

AI Reports and Analytics

Reports, forecasts, alerts, and AI-generated analysis are informational business tools. They are not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing source data and making business decisions.

Marketplace APIs, model providers, Telegram, infrastructure, and third-party services may be unavailable, delayed, rate limited, or changed without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted syncs, reports, delivery, or marketplace data completeness.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid features may require an active subscription or plan entitlement. Fees, limits, billing periods, renewals, refunds, taxes, and cancellation rules are shown at checkout, in the plan terms, or in the account area.

If payment fails, a subscription expires, or plan limits are exceeded, access to paid features may be suspended, downgraded, or limited.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, scrape or overload systems, upload malicious code, violate marketplace terms, send unlawful Telegram content, or use the service to infringe rights of others.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of your customer data and marketplace records. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, secure, transmit, back up, and display that data to provide the service.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and quality of data you provide or connect.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that harms the platform, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the service or cancel according to the subscription process available in the account area.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption.
